Freshly caught in Norway and processed using traditional French smoking techniques. CDA hot salmon is vacuum packed and stored in chilled temperature. Ideal for aperitifs, ingredients for sandwich/ bagels. The salmon fish skin can also be made crispy using an airfryer or oven.
