Fischen accepts payments made by Stripe, FPS and Payme Business. Orders will be charged in Hong Kong dollars.

Terms and conditions:
– Delivery time is from Monday to Saturday, 12pm to 7pm
– Customers can choose delivery date and time upon checkout, timeslots are as follows:
A) 12:00 – 14:00
B) 14:00 – 17:00
C) 17:00 – 19:00
Delivery arrangement
- – We cannot guarantee exact delivery time. Courier driver will contact customer for approx. delivery time. If there is extra cost incurred due to awaiting answer, customer will need to bear the waiting cost (i.e. parking/ extra waiting charge from Lalamove drivers)
- – Fischen staff will contact you via Whatsapp to confirm order details, all information will be subject to Whatsapp final confirmation.
- – Product availability will be subject to our final confirmation, if there is any product out of stock/ unavailable for sale, customer may either choose to exchange items of same value or to cancel.
- – Once order is confirmed, we do not accept cancellation or modification to avoid confusion.
- – Delivery time may adjust according to our business needs during peak seasons (e.g. Christmas, CNY, Moon Festival), please check our FB page/ IG for latest updates.
- – Delivery will be suspended if the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 (or above) is hoisted.
Points to note at receiving delivery
- – Upon receipt of items, we require your signature representing that responsibilities of purchased goods have been transferred to you. If you have authorized a recipient, the signature by the recipient will be regarded as an evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Fischen.
- – If there is any restrictions from the building security, we may ask customer to pick up the order at lift lobby/ roadside, please understand.
- – For buildings that does not have a direct elevator to 2/F or above (e.g. Tenement buildings), please arrange pick-up with driver at building entrance.
- – We will try our very best to deliver the orders within your preferred time frame, however, if there is any cancellation/ delay caused by traffic situations/ special activities/ weather or any unforeseeable constraints, please understand.
- – Fischen reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.
* Applicable to single delivery address only. Extra HK$100 will be charged for re-delivery arrangements.
Store Pickup Services
- – Same day collection available for online orders submitted before 11am and available to collect at store from 1pm onwards, except Sunday and Public Holidays.
- – Store Pickup locations: Unit A, 13/F, Tsuen Tung Factory Building,
38-40 Chai Wan Kok Street, Tsuen Wan
Hong Kong - – Customers may choose to collect the online orders at Fischen store. Upon order collection, please present the order confirmation number and customer will be required to sign a confirmation of receipt. By doing so, customer accepts the responsibility for the products ordered from that moment on.
