【Recipe: French Lobster Bisque】
The most traditional way to make lobster bisque is to make with a stock made of whole lobster shells. Recipe (for 2-3 servings)
First, heat the pot up with some butter. Saute the onion cubes until they are slightly softened.
Add 800 ml of lobster bisque and crabmeat (optional) in medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
Pour in 250 ml of milk and bring it to boil. Feel free to add some white wine for some flavours.
