【Recipe: French Lobster Bisque】

The most traditional way to make lobster bisque is to make with a stock made of whole lobster shells. With Fischen’s lobster bisque stock, you save all the hassle in spending hours in making the stock. With simple ingredients, you can cook a smooth nd creamy lobster bisque to please your guests over dinner, whether it is a candle light dinner with your loved ones, or a festive gathering with relatives and friends!

Recipe (for 2-3 servings)

Ingredients
Lobster Bisque
800 ml
Milk
250 ml
Crabmeat (optional)
50 g
Onion cubes
100 g
White wine
20 ml
First, heat the pot up with some butter. Saute the onion cubes until they are slightly softened.
Add 800 ml of lobster bisque and crabmeat (optional) in medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
Pour in 250 ml of milk and bring it to boil. Feel free to add some white wine for some flavours.
