1. Heat 1-2 table spoon - oil in a pot over medium heat. Place garlic, ginger, pickled cabbage into a pot. Cook 1- 2 mins.
2. Put gold sour sauces and 650 ml hot water into the pot.
3. Put fish fillet into a boiling soup, cook 2- 3 mins until fillet is cooked.
