USA Prime Striploin Steak
USDA “Prime” is the highest quality rating of beef in the USDA grading system that measures the marbling and maturity of a beef carcass. Compared to the Rib eye, Striploin is the slightly leaner alternative to the Rib eye.
It possesses a strong meat flavor and tender throughout. When done right, its white strip of fat gives it an extra succulent flavor.
