The Saint-Vaast La Hougue oyster farm is located in the two bays protected by Tatihou Island and the La Hougue peninsula. **We will charge $50/dozen fee on shucking oyster service, shucked oysters will be tied with rubber bands and placed on a takeaway platter on ice pack, nicely wrapped with cling film and ensuring 100% hygiene throughout.**
