Frozen Iberico Bellota Pluma
The Iberico Pluma acorn-grade enjoys the reputation of “Wagyu of Pork”. The pluma is cut from the back of the neck. The flesh is very soft. It is the tenderest piece of meat on the pig. The gravy is rich. When grilled for BBQ pork, the fat is melted in the mouth and the taste is strong. It’s super enjoyable.
Simply defrost and dry two sides with kitchen paper. Pan-sear two side and it is an extremely enjoyable dish.
