Giant Squids in Sunflower Oil
At Cabo De Peñas giant quid tentacles are sliced into chunks and gently steamed before being canned at their freshest. They are known for their firm, meaty texture and savoury, almost sweet flavour. This squid is marinated in a simple but mouthwatering sauce of sunflower oil.
